Our approach to consulting is very simple. We do not try to run your organization, nor do we try to dictate to the leadership of your organization how it should be structured and operated. On the contrary, we view our relationship with you as a long-term, collaborative partnership, not a series of transactions. Your role is to lead, manage, organize, motivate, interact—in short to exercise all the functions of leadership and management. Our role is to be an objective, subtle, candid, inquisitive, dispassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic, and interested partner. In that capacity, we can play as significant a role as you need us to play. We can work a small amount, or have a long-term relationship. We can facilitate strategic planning, in an active style with your staff; or, we can operate in the background. We do not need fanfare nor recognition. We simply wish to contribute to the success of your enterprise, in whatever way you need.
