For some time, I have been writing a book, Fox 3: The Weapons, Tactics, Training, Leadership, and Culture that Produced the World's Finest Air Superiority Air Force. The book chronicles the evolution of the U.S. Air Force--focusing on the air superiority role--from the end of the war in Southeast Asia through Desert Storm, and a bit beyond.
